1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bagworkers HQ community platform, operated at bagworkershq.com ("the Site"). By creating an account, placing a marker, claiming land, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or guardian. You may not use the Site if you have been previously banned or suspended.

3. Accounts and authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, impersonate others, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.

4. Community conduct

The Order is a community space. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, dox, or abuse other members.
• Post hateful, discriminatory, violent, or sexually explicit content.
• Spam, phish, scam, or distribute malware.
• Use bots, automation, or exploits to manipulate the map, votes, signals, or leaderboards.
• Impersonate project staff, moderators, or other community members.

5. Content you submit

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute it on the Site as necessary to operate community features. You represent that your submissions do not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Map, land claims, and guilds

Map markers, land claims, guild memberships, and honours are community features, not financial instruments or property rights. We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or remove claims and assignments to maintain fairness, fix abuse, or evolve the project.

7. Cryptocurrency and tokens

The Site may display token-related information, wallet connection options, or community achievements. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Any token interactions are at your own risk. Never share your private keys or seed phrase.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the community. You may delete your account by contacting us through the community channels.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
